Darryl: You don't know what it's like to loose a child! *stands up* You should ask your wife how it feels..

Bey: *comes downstairs* What's going - Darryl? *confused face*

Kelly: *runs down from Bey's room* DARRYL? *trips down the steps*

Jay: wtf are you talking about Darryl?

Darryl: well, a few years back, Me and Bey-

Jay: *cuts him off* You and Bey what?

Bey: Darryl...*eyes tear up* (She already knew what he was about to say)

Jay: Nah Bey shut up..*to Darryl* talk nigga.

Darryl: Back in the day, Bey and I lost a baby.

*Flash Back: June 8th 1999*

Bey: *wakes up in the middle of the night*

Ouch, my stomach. *catches a sharp pain in her belly* *gets up*

Bey ran to the bathroom and sat on the toilet, she caught another sharp pain in her stomach as she sat down. When she got up from the toilet she felt dizzy. She washed her hands and made her way back to bed..

I need to lay back down...Maybe I'm not getting enough sleep. *lays down*my Dad hasn't given us any time off. I'm glad I get to spend these next couple days with Darryl...*cuddles up next to him* I won't wake him and bother him about these pains..My period is probably coming that's all..

Darryl: *wakes up* you okay baby?

Bey: yeah, I just think my Dad is working me way to hard.

Darryl: Things will get better babe *kisses her forehead*

Bey: I know, but I don't feel good at all babe. I feel horrible. Something isn't going right with my body..*pouts*

Darryl: *kisses her forehead* how about we hit up the hospital tomorrow?

Bey: nooo babe I don't wanna ruin the only days we have to spend together..

Darryl: sshhh enough of all that..go to sleep. Hospital tomorrow..*gets comfortable to go back to sleep*

(The Next Day)

Shorty escorted Bey and Darryl into the hospital...



Bey & Darryl made their way into the hospital and into the doctors office. The doctor ran some test on Bey and Darryl was sitting waiting the lobby.

Bey: *comes out into the lobby*

Darryl: *stands up* What they say babe?

Bey: I was pregnant..*tears up*

Darryl: was? *concerned face*

Bey: pregnant Darryl. *cries silent tears* I was pregnant and it's gone..*tears run down her face*

Darryl: *grabs her and hugs her tight*

Bey: *cries* Babe I promise I didn't know...*sniff*

Darryl: *holds her* ssshh It's gonna be okay. *kisses her cheek*

*END OF FLASHBACK*

Jay: What? *looks at Bey*

Bey: Jay, I was 18 years old when I dated Darryl.

Jay: Why didn't you tell me Bey?

Darryl: We kept it from everyone Jay...

Jay: Nigga did I ask you?

Kelly: wait. Bey you were pregnant when we were younger?

Bey: *starts crying softly and shakes her head yes*

Kelly: aww Bey *hugs her* Why didn't you tell me? you know I would have been there for you...

Annie: Jay, I had no idea..I'm sorry you had to find out like this..

Ty: *comes down the stairs holding Blue*

Kelly: *whispers* Where's Solo?

Ty: *confused face* In the bathroom..What's going on? Why you whispering bitch? *laughs* Hey Annie! *waves ratchetly*

Annie: Hey Ty..

Jay: Ty..this aint a good time..*mean mugs him*

Ty: *whispers* Kelly what the hell is going on bitch? *confused face*

Kelly: *ignores him*

Jay: I don't need this...*points to Darryl* you get the fuck outta my house. *goes upstairs*

Annie: *gets up* Come on Darryl let's go..*shakes her head*

Darryl: *to bey* I'm sorry.

Bey: It's cool. *sniffs* It had to be said...

Darryl: I know but I don't think it was my place to say it. I'm really sorry...

Bey: *tear runs down her face* you can go now..*looks away*

Darryl: *nods his head and leaves*

Annie and Darryl left...

Ty: *yells* What the hell did I miss?

Blue: yeah, *puts hand on her hip* *yells* What dwa hwell did-

Ty: *covers Blue's mouth* *holds in his laughs* *to Blue* Hush Polly the Parrot! *to Bey* What happened?

Solo: *comes out the bathroom* What did I miss?

Kelly: *takes Blue from Ty* I'll catch you two up later. Come on let's go. I think Bey and Jay need to be alone. *to Blue* You wanna go to Auntie Kelly's house?

Bey: Kelly you don't have to-

Kelly: ah. I got it sis..*to Blue* Go get your shoes Blueberry! *kisses her and let's her down*

Blue: kay..*runs up the steps*

Ty: WHY ARE YOU BITCHES IGNORING ME!!!??? *pops gum*

As Blue got her shoes, Kelly informed Ty and Solo on what happened. Ty and Solo reacted the same way Kelly did. Solo was a bit upset, but understood that Bey had to keep it a secret because she knows that at that age, she would have told her parents..

Ty: *putting Blue's jacket on* Come on y'all let's go bother rumpelstiltskin! *laughs*

Kelly: Who? *laughs*

Ty: Angie! *laughs*

Solo: *laughs* I can't!

Bey: *giggles even though she still has eyes full of tears*

Kelly: *picks Blue up* Bye Bey! I'll bring her back later tonight!

Bey: *kisses  Blue* I love you.

Blue: I wove you too mommy.. *wipes her nose with her arm*

Blue, Kelly, Ty and Solo left and Bey stood their in shock at what just happened..

I don't even know what to do right now..my heart is heavy..When Jay and I first got together, I should have told him. But my heart would not let me because I wanted to forget everything bad in my life then since I had found someone who brought joy to my life. I guess I better go up and see where his head is at. I'm actually scared as hell to do it, but I know I have to. *makes her way upstairs*

I don't know what to think. I had to come upstairs and breathe for a second. I'm mad at Bey, but I'm not. I just wish she would have told me about it before. I would have much rather heard from her then him. I really don't want to look at Bey but of course she's walking in the room right now..

Bey: Jay..

Jay: *sitting on the edge of the bed* What?

Bey: Jay, please I can't handle you being mad at me right now...

Jay: Bey, you expect me to be okay with the fact that you didn't tell me?

Bey: Jay I'm sorry. By the time I got with you, that stuff was behind me. I never meant to hurt you. Ijust wanted to start all over with you...

Jay: Bey when we got together you told me to tell you EVERYTHING. You knew about every groupie, every one nighter, every girlfriend... HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU KEEP SOMETHING LIKE A MISCARRIAGE FROM ME?

Bey: Jay-

Jay: You know what..*stands up* I really don't wanna hear what you have to say right now. *starts walking out of the room*

Bey: *grabs him* *yells* Jay! Would you just stop and hear me out for a second?

Jay: *yelling* BEY I CAN ALMOST BE CERTAIN THAT I DON'T WANT TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY..*snatches away from her* GET OFF ME! Oh, and by the way, your mother called and told me about what the doctor told you...Got on the plane anyway huh? *mean mugs her* guess you aren't that afraid to loose another baby.. *starts to leave out*

Bey: *yelling* JAY HOW DO YOU EXPECT FOR THIS MARRIAGE TO WORK IF YOU FUCKIN RUN FROM EVERY PROBLEM WE HAVE?

Jay: *yelling* YOU WANNA TALK ABOUT MARRIAGE WORKING? HUH? HOW THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT FOR THIS MARRIAGE TO WORK IF YOU KEEP HOLDING SECRETS FROM ME?

Bey: *shed s a tear* *looks away*

Jay: *gets in her face* huh? cat got cha tongue? *rolls eyes* mhmm *leaves*

I hate when he acts like this. I don't wanna argue. I just want to be happy. Fighting with your husband is not the best when you are this pregnant. Shit. I have enough trouble putting my shoes on and breathing...*flops on the bed*

When Jay left out, he slammed the door behind him. Bey could hear his footsteps as he stomped down the steps and went out the front door slamming that one too.

*lays back in the bed* ugghh It's always me me me me. He's the only one that really matters to me and I keep hurting him..I  mean, I know he's hurt me too..& when he hurt me it took me time to forgive him..He was patient..I guess it's just gonna take some time for him to forgive me..I'll just fall asleep until he gets back...If he ever gets back...

(Meanwhile at Angie's house)

*knock knock*

Angie: *opens the door* aww hell. *rolls eyes*

Ty: KNOCK KNOCK BITCH GUESS WHO'S THERE!!!

Angie: ummm three pain in the asses and sweet little girl?

Angie: mhmm He told me about her last week. I've been meaning to tell you guys..

Ty: Who is she?

Angie: I don't know her all that well but Kanye's aunt says she's sweet. I'm suppose to meet her later tonight when he brings Danielle back..

Ty: AND I WILL BE RIGHT HERE TO MEET HER TOO! *pops gum*

Kelly: Okay! I need to see this shit for myself! *laughs*

I always go to my office when I need to breathe. I'm sure it's probably weird for everyone else to hear that I go to work to release stress but everything I love is here. The studio, my music, this label...This is all I care about genuinely other then family. Being here allows me to vent through what I love most.



Jay decided to go into the studio and receive stress. He made a couple beats and was in the middle of a fresh hook when his phone vibrated in his pocket.

Jay: *looks at it*

It was a text message..From a number he has never seen before...

Text message: Aye Man, I know you can't be too happy with me right now..But I wanna talk this shit out with you. Meet me at Gerald's Bar on Madison.

Jay's Response: Who is this?

Text Message: Darryl.

Just what the fuck I need. more drama. *shakes his head* All I really wanna do is beat this nigga's face in to be honest.

*phone vibrates again*

Text From Darryl: Please Don't bring Bey.

Jay's Response: iight. On my way.

Imma go hear this nigga out, can't promise that I won't slip and whoop his ass if he gets outta line though. *takes a deep breath*

Jay made his way to the bar when he got there, Darryl wasn't there yet, he sat at the bar and ordered a drink.

Bey woke up from her nap and she felt like the world was on top of her, She hates when Jay is mad at her. The house was empty and she felt alone. She decided to pop in the video of her and Jay's wedding..

(On the Video)

Bey: *putting on her wedding dress* Omygosh mooom it's so loongg...*giggles*



MT: Yeah, well it looks gorgeous!

Ty: Yesss!!! Werrrkk Bey! *giggles*

Kelly: I hope Jay doesn't have a heart attack! *laughs*

Solo: *laughs* aww I'm about to cry. *giggles*

*Bey skipped ahead a little on the video to her and Jay's first dance as husband and wife*

Bey found herself crying. she wasn't sure if it was the fact that she was just overly emotional due to pregnancy or she was honestly sad about her current situation..She paused the tape and it froze on her and Jay's happy smiles as they danced.

Those were the days. The days when we were happy. There was no drama, No worries, no serious arguments. Just love and a need for each other. I would kill for the feeling of genuine love again.

Darryl: *sits next to him* what's up?

Jay: *sips drink* *nods*

Darryl: Man, listen..I don't want no beef.

Jay: Nigga you signed up for beef when you decided to fuck around w/ my sister..*rolls eyes and sips drink again*

Darryl: Jay man look, I had no idea that Bey was in anyway connected to you. you guys were so secretive with your relationship that I didn't find out you guys were dating until 08 when y'all got married. Your sister wouldn't tell me anything about her family. The only person she mentioned often was your mother. She never mentioned you..

Jay: listen, I don't give a fuck about all that..all I wanna know is who appointed you to tell me about my wife's whereabouts?

Darryl: You right. I was wrong. I only called this meeting to ask that you wouldn't be mad at Bey. You can hate me all you want, but don't be mad at Bey. We promised each other that we wouldn't tell anybody that we lost a child and I think that's why she didn't tell you. I broke that promised already as it is..

*FLASHBACK :  June 10th 1999*

Darryl: Bey, you gotta tell your mom about what's going on..She's been wondering about you I'm sure.

Bey: Darryl, I can't. Do you know how mad she would act if I told her I was pregnant? & I don't even want to begin to think about what my father would say.

Darryl: So you aren't gonna tell them?

Bey: Darryl.. NO! I can't. Just think of what will happen if I tell them. All hell will break loose. I just wanna be happy with you..

Darryl: yeah, well you can't as long as your dad keeps working you to death. I mean you haven't even been back from the hospital 3 days and he already has you back on his 7:45 to 12am at night schedule..I'm tired of this shit..*sits down in anger*

Bey: Darryl-

MT: *walks in the room* You two alright in here? *smiles*

Bey: yeah, Mom. We okay..

Darryl: *looks down at the floor* yeah, we good Miss Tina..

MT: alright..dinner will be done soon..*smiles and closes the door behind her*

Bey: *kneels in front of Darryl* Please..promise me that we will just keep this between us.

Darryl: *looks into Bey's eyes* Bey-

Bey: *grabs his face* *tears up* Promise Me. Please..

Darryl: I promise..

Bey: no matter what? Even if we don't make it forever?

Darryl: Mhmm. *kisses her*

Darryl: I love you too...*pushes against her cheeks with the palms of his hands and kisses her again*..let's go eat! *gets up*

Darryl: I know for a fact she never meant to hurt you Jay..

Jay: *sips his drink*

Jay was about to respond to Darryl's plead when his phone rang..

It was Bey...



Jay: Hello?

Bey: Babe, I know you're mad at me..but I need you to get here quick..

Jay: What is it? what's wrong? Where you at?

Bey: I'm at Angie's house..To make a long story short, Julius followed Jennifer for whatever reason and she ended up at Kanye's house..

Jay: WHAT?

Bey: Babe, they're dating the same girl! you need to get here quick! They're FIGHTING! Julius Stop! Let him go! I don't want Angie's neighbors to call the police..STOP JULIUS! STOP! *glass breaking* Hello? *noise* Hello?

Jay: Hello? Babe, I'm on my way! *gets up* *yelling* You need to get away from them before they hit you! you're pregnant Beyonce! *hears a bunch of commotion and the phone hangs up on him* Shit.

Darryl: *concerned* Is everything okay?

Jay: She's not your concern anymore..Just do us a favor and  leave us alone...you wanna date my sister that's fine but leave US alone. *throws money on the bar for his drinks* Thanks for the talk..*walks away trying to call Bey back*
