"Accidents Happen"

Bey got out of the shower and got dressed...Jay was down stairs wrecking his brain while finishing lunch...Bey got dressed and made her way out to lunch....She didn't bother saying anything to Jay before leaving....Bey had really became cold and heartless..She even finds herself dressing in darker clothes today...

(Meanwhile at the Restaurant)

Kelly: Where is she? *sips drink*

Solo: She said she's on her way...you know what "on my way means"

Kelly: Yeah, "I'm about to get in the shower"! *rolls eyes*

Angie: Maybe she found out we were here, and decided not to come...*sips*

Bey was walking in when Solo texted her and texted her back "I'm out front"



Bey: *comes in* *to the person up front* Hi, I'm meeting someone here...

Solo: *waves arms so Bey will notice her*

Bey: never mind I see her...*smiles* *walks towards Solo*

Bey's smile turned into a mean mug when she noticed that Kelly and Angie were at the table as well...

Bey: Damn, can I get one drink in my system before you bitches jump down my damn throat? *calls waiter over and orders a drink*

Bey doesn't look good. She looks empty. It kinda looks like she lost color to her skin. I know my sister, and this is not her sitting at this table.

*waiter brings drink*

Bey: So what do y'all want? *sips*

Kelly: *to the waiter* thanks. *to Bey* Oh, we can talk now? *rolls eyes*

Bey: look, I didn't come here for this...hell I didn't come here for either one of you *points to Angie and Kelly*

Angie: Bey... we just wanna talk to you thats all...*grabs her hand from across the table*

Bey: *pulls back* I'm not a child. I don't need to be handled...*drinks the rest of her drink and stands up* Look, y'all call me when y'all really have something to say...*starts to walk away*

Solo: *grabs her arm* Beyonce Giselle Knowles..*looks her in the eyes*

Bey: *pulls away* LET GO OF ME! *leaves*

Solo: BEY! BEY! *takes a deep breath*

Kelly: Solo she's not listening...

Angie: I've never seen her like this...*shakes her head* What are we gonna do?

Solo: It's nothing we can do, all we can do is let her learn for herself...

Kelly: I can't stand to see her like this...

Angie: Maybe she just really reached her breaking point...

Bey: *gets in the car* Julius...take me home...

Julius: You know you have a meeting today right?

Bey: Nigga, I said take me home...Shit, is anybody listening to me today? I'm your boss...remember?

Julius: Sorry Bey...*drives her home*

When Bey got home, she got out the car and made her way into the house....

Bey: Julius, do me a favor and come back and get me at around 6pm..I'll have the address for you...

Bey: *takes out her phone and call the office* Aye I won't be coming to that meeting. cancel it....Cindy I don't give a fuck if they are there already, I'm not coming cancel it. And when you're finished, clock out and don't come back..*hangs up*

Bey walked into the house, and slammed the door behind her...Jay was in the living room when she walked in...

Jay: Bey, can I talk to you?

Bey: You could talk, but that doesn't mean I'll be listening...*rolls eyes and takes off heels*

Jay: *walks over to her* Can I ask you a question?

Bey: mhmm...

Jay: Seriously, Where were you last night?

Bey: Minding my gotdamn business...*rolls eyes and goes up the steps*

Jay: *follows her* Bey I know where you were...

Bey: *sarcastic voice* Do you? *pops gum and takes off Fur coat and walks into her closet*

Jay: *follows Bey* look Bey, if you fuckin him, just tell me..

Bey: *giggles sarcastically* I mean you already think I'm fucking him so...*shrugs* *pulls out suit case*

Jay: Where the fuck are you going?

Bey: I'm leaving Jay..*packs clothes*

Jay: Where are you going?!

Bey: I refuse to stay with a man who doesn't fucking trust me, let alone even loves me...I'm done Jay...*packs*

Jay: So it's just like that? You gone walk out?

Bey: *yells* YOU WALKED OUT OF THIS FUCKING RELATIONSHIP WHEN YOU STOPPED TRUSTING ME!!!

Jay: SO THAT'S WHAT THIS IS ABOUT? TRUST? YOU TELLING ME YOU GONE WALK OUT ON ME OVER SOME ISSUE THAT I CAN FIX?  I never said I didn't trust you Bey...

Bey: *sarcastic laugh* Right, you never said that...but you wrote it...didn't you?

Jay: The fuck are you talking about?

Bey: *raises eyebrow and goes downstairs*

Jay: Bey where the fuck are you going?? *goes after her*

Bey: *goes in the living room and gets Jay's book* *opens*

Jay: *gets to the bottom of the steps and looks at Bey* What the hell are you-

Bey: *turns around with the book* You wanna read this out loud to me?

Jay: *silence*

Bey: *looks him in the eye* mmhhmm..*throws book at him and goes back upstairs to finish packing*

Bey called Julius after packing and told him to take her to a address that was familiar to him on 18th street...to Jared's house...

(2 Days Later)

Before Bey and Jay got married, Bey had an apartment in New York that she shared with Kelly and Michelle on their days off...She has been staying there for the past two days. She and Shawn haven't spoken since she stormed out of her house two days ago after their heated arguement...Mama Tina has been keeping the kids but Bey is on her way to get them now because Mama Tina claimed she had something to do....Bey has become heartless.She has continued to wear the color black and she hasn't spoken to anyone but Mama Tina and that is only to deal with the kids....Bey got out of the car and made her way into Mama Tina's house...She was dressed extremely sexy and saw no wrong in her actions...Some would call her a "heartless Beyonce".....

I really don't have time for this shit. She has been blowing my damn phone up all damn day. I was suppose to be shopping with Jared, but that was interupted of course.. I just want to get my kids and go....Jared is willing to let them stay with us....I will just take them home, go to Jay's and get their stuff..they need a mother...

*Bey walked in the house without knocking*

She saw Mama Tina sitting in the living room and didn't bother with a proper greeting....

Bey: *yells* OKAY SO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THE HELL MY PHONE IS BEING BLOWN UP!? SOMEBODY JUST BETTER BE DEAD! *rolls eyes*

Mama Tina: *comes out of the living room and walks to her* Well, hello Beyonce..

Bey: *smirks* Where are my kids? so I can go..

Mama Tina: They're with Gloria...that's not why I really called you..

Bey: So why the fuck am I here?

Mama Tina: Beyonce don't you dare talk to me like that! How-

Just then, Kelly, Angie, and Solo came out of the kitchen...

Solo: We want to talk to you...

Bey: *sucks teeth* OH GOD! *rolls eyes* How many times do I have to tell y'all? I'M NOT A DAMN CHILD! I can handle myself! *starts to open the door to leave*

Mama Tina: *jumps infront of it* YOU WILL STAY HERE AND YOU WILL LISTEN....

Bey: *rolls eyes and turns around* WHAT? GO! I'm listening now... what? *adjust purse under her arm*

Mama Tina: I'm really concerned about the company you're keeping...and I don't want those kids around that man...

Kelly: And you left Jay Bey? Why?

Bey: Look, I'm grown...what I do with my life and my kids is my damn business...Who I'm fucking is, who I'm fucking...if I want my kids around him, then thats whats gona fuckin be....*adjusts glasses*

Kelly: He's brain washed you...

Bey: *to Kelly* The only person who is brain washed is you...

Kelly: I'm gona pretend you didn't mean that...

Bey: *shrugs*

Solo: Bey, how can you speak like that infront of Mama?

Bey: *rolls eyes* Solange, I'm Thirty Fucking One years old. I have no filter....

Kelly: So you are fucking Jared? *looks at Bey in dissapointment/ holds her pregnant belly*

Bey: *Chuckles* Are lions King of the Jungle? *rolls eyes* listen *moves her out of the way and opens the door* Do me a favor...all of you..Stay OUT of business....*leaves*

Jay: *comes out the kitchen* So she's sleeping with him? *one tear escapes from his eye*

Solo: Jay, I'm so sorry...

Jay: It's cool. I already knew..I had a feeling when she didn't come home that night...*leaves*

When Jay got outside, Bey was still out there...

Jay: *yells out to Bey* I sure hope it's all worth it in the end...*walks up to her*

Bey: *sarcastic smile* As of now, the grass is forest green on the other side...*rolls eyes*

Jay: So what do we do about the kids? Or Did you forget about them...

Bey: Please Jay, don't try to run a guilt trip on me. I make too much damn money to NOT take care of my kids...more money then you..*smirks* they will be taken care of..I'm not leaving them. I'm leaving YOU!

Jay: *shakes his head* I don't want that nigga around my kids...

Bey: Well, Jay you're just gona have to get over it, because he's around now....*adjusts purse under her arm*

Jay: Bey I-

Bey: look- I really don't have time to talk to you....Actually,  you're not fucking worth talking to....I have a good man..*giggles* Make that a GREAT MAN at home waiting on me...Do me a favor...Sign the divorce papers that I sent you in the mail yesterday and mail them to the address that I put on the slip... *walks away towards the car*

Jay: So you really with this nigga huh?

Bey: *walks back and gets in his face* hmmm doesn't feel too good does it? Hate to see the one you DIDN'T trust fucking somebody else? *rolls eyes* BABE! CAN YOU GET OUT AND OPEN THE DOOR FOR ME! *smiles*

Jared made his way out of the car and pierced Jay's flesh with the look he gave him...while doing so, he opened the door for Bey...

Jared: *licks lips* Come one Babe..

Jay: YOU FUCKING BITCH! *smacks the shit out of Bey*

Bey: *holds face* *looks up at him* YOU SON OF BITCH! *fights back*

Jared: *runs over* Nigga I will beat cha fucking ass..*punches Jay in the nose*

Jay: Bitch! *punches him back*

Solo: *runs outside with Angie following her* STOP IT! JAY STOP IT! *breaks them up* STOP JAY! *holds him back*

Bey: You sorry ass bitch! You put your hands on me for the FIRST AND LAST TIME! YOU GONE HERE FROM MY LAWYER! *gets in the car and leaves*

Jared: *points to Jay* You better watch your back Mr. Carter..*makes his way into the car*

Jay: FUCK YOU! LET ME GO! *pulls aways from Solo*

Solo: *to Jay* What the hell has gotten into you Jay? *pushes him* Hit my sister? FOR WHAT? *pushes him again* Huh?

Jay: *holds his nose* *takes a deep breath*

Mama Tina: *runs out* What the hell happened?

Kelly: *runs behind her holding her belly*

Solo: They were fighting! I don't know, I caught the end of it!

Jared and Bey pulled off.....

(2 hours later w/ Bey)

Bey: *chillin across the bed* I still can't believe he hit me babe...

Jared: Only a coward puts his hands on females...he's been a thug since day 1. I don't know why you were ever interested...

Bey: I mean, he wasn't always like that, he used to care, he used to trust me..but now, he's just....*takes a deep breath* I don't know...

Jared: I don't wanna hear no more about it..no need to explain..*passes her ice* Here Babe....put this on it...It will make the swelling go down...

Bey: Thanks Babe...*kisses him*

Jared: *sucks her bottom lip and kisses her again* No problem...Now that I have you, I plan to make sure you are happy...You had a smile on your face on day 1...and you shall have a smile on your face until the day I die...

Bey: *smiles* What did I do to deserve you? *giggles*

Jared: hmmm *lays next to her* i don't know...*pulls her on top of him*

Bey: Now you know you're sore..*giggles* Don't start nothing you can't finish...

Jared and I have been doing great. My love is growing for him. He's been taking care of me, providing my every need, I don't have to ask for anything..We still don't live togther, but he does stay over quite a bit..
I haven't talked to Jay, Solo, Angie, Kelly, or Ty for about a month. Haven't really had a reason to.. Jay's ass refuses to sign these damn divorce papers...All I believe I need right now is my man and my kids...Jay finally got over himself and let me get the kids during the week and he has them on the weekends...I was sure he was gonna do that anyway...I'm home getting ready for this event Jared and I have to go to for his company...I guess I have to go since I'm his girl and all.....*puts on her dress* he keeps a smile on my face so I MUST keep a smile on his...*smiles*

Jared: *comes in the room* What you smiling about?

Bey: You of course....who else would I be smiling about?

Jared: *chuckles* *smiles* You almost ready baby?

Bey: I'm as ready as I'm gonna get..*giggles* zip me up...*smiles*

Jared: *comes over and zips her up* you look beautiful...

Bey: *turns around and kisses him* thanks babe..*smiles*

Bey grabbed her last bit of jewlrey and put it on...

                                                                                                          She and Jared got into the car and made their way to the event...When they got there, Bey didn't realize that there would be a red carpet..she didn't mind, she was used to taking pictures...She posed for the cameras alone and with Jared and his co-workers...

Damn, this man is so successful. & handsome too. I love the way he handles things...*watches him from a far* Many people are asking me what I'm doing here, I just smiled and told them I was supporting an old friend. I'm sure they know about Me and Jay's split, but I really don't care right now...All that matters is me, my kids and Jared's happiness...The kids seem like they are getting to love him...It makes Jay cringe everytime he hears Blue talk about how cool Jared is...I wish these damn camera men stop asking me where Jay is...

The cameras snapped as Bey made her way into the event...She posed for pictures at different points of the red carpet...before finally making her way in...

(Meanwhile w/ Solo)



Solo was making her way out of her apartment, when Jay showed up....

Jay: Aye Solo!

Solo: *looks over at him* Jay? What are you doing here? Is everything okay?

Jay: yeah...everything is cool...Just wanted to know if I could talk to you for a minute...

Solo: Oook...wassup? *turns to him*

Jay: *walks over to her steps and sits on them* You want me to be honest?

Solo: *sits down next to him* Of course Bro...

Jay: I didn't know I could still be called that word...

Solo: Come on Jay, don't trip. You know that no matter what, you're still my bro...I mean, I've known you ever since you and Bey started dating....You have been nothing but a good bro to me...






*memories of Jay and Solange danced in Jay's head*



Solo: you need to know Bro that no matter what happens between you and my sister, I'm always gona be there...tell me wassup?

Jay: look, I just wanna say I'm sorry for hitting your sister...you know she really is trying to sue me?

Solo: really? how do you know?

Jay: Her attorney sent me a letter....*gives it to Solo*

Solo: *reads it* *mouth drops open*

Jay: *looks at her* I just- I just can't believe that she's doing this...You know she really sent me divorce papers in the mail? I can't bring myself to sign them...I know for a fact that shes fucking the dude and I can't let her go...I don't want to...

Solo: Bro, I know how you feel...I understand, but you gotta let her get hurt on her own...something will happen that will bring you two back together if it's meant to be...no worries...

Jay: I just hate the fact that we are taking our children through this...Blue and Shawn don't deserve this, they deserve two parents that love each other...I practically pushed Bey into Jared's arms...and now, I can't get her back...she's changed for the worse...she won't even take my calls...

Solo: you aren't lying about that...She's terrible now....Just so mean, and she disrespects Mama too, says anything in front of her....I don't know what's gotten into her...

Jay: maybe she just had enough...Maybe it's really over....

Solo: Or maybe you just need to keep calm...if it's meant to be, she will be back....

Jay: You have a lot of faith....*takes a deep breath*

Solo: And you should too..*stands up* Gimme a hug!

Jay: *gets up and hugs her* Thanks sis...

Solo: Anytime Bro..*smiles*

(Meanwhile w/ Bey and Jared)

Bey and Jared were in the car on their way back to Bey's apartment when Jared observed something on Bey....

Jared: What's that? *looks down at Bey's hand*

Bey: What? *looks at him*

Jared: *looks down at her lap where her hand rested*

Bey: This? *points to the ring*

Jared: Yeah...

Bey: It's just a ring...means nothing...

Jared: If I did my homework correctly, that's your wedding ring from Jay...

Bey: It is, but I only-

Jared: Only what?

Bey: Jared,  it's just a piece of Jewelry..It went well with my outfit...

Jared: Or maybe you just tryna cover his ass by wearing that damn ring so you won't have to let the media know about me...

Bey: Jared, honest it's really not like that...

Jared: I don't know Bey, it looks to me just like that...question, how many camera men asked you about Jay tonight?

Bey: *silence*

Jared: hmm?

Bey: a lot of them...but it doesn't-

Jared: mhmm and were they asking were you upset about the split?

Jared: FUCK NO! BECAUSE YOU HAD THAT GOTDAMN PIECE OF SHIT RING ON!!

*BEY HEARS LOUD CAR HORN*

Just then, A car struck Jared's passenger door, he ran a red light while yelling at Bey...

The next thing Bey knew, she was waking up in the hospital...

Nurse: Hello Mrs. Carter...*smiles*

Bey: *wakes up* What happened?

Nurse: No worries, I've called your husband..and he should be on his way....

Bey: You did what? Where is Jared?

Nurse: Mrs. Carter, just stay calm.. everything will be explained...don't worry...let me get the doctor..

Gotdamnit they called Jay...I can't believe Jared got so angry over a ring...yeah, I wore so that the media would stay off my back, but not to cover Jay...I guess the grass isn't that much greener over here..I can't get trust from Jared either....wait a minute..I'm sure he trusts me, but maybe I just have to remind him why...

Just then, Jay walked in....

Bey: *looks the other way*

Jay: You okay?

Bey: Fine...

Jay: I'm guessing you were with your boyfriend when it happened?

Bey: *rolls eyes*

Jay: Listen I'm here if you-

Just then, the doctor walked in...

Doctor: HELLO! *smiles*

Bey: Hello...

Doctor: Hello, *smiles* Mrs. *looks at the chart* Carter...and you must be Mr. Carter..*smiles and looks at Jay*

Jay: Yeah, thats me...

Bey: *takes a deep breath*

Doctor: *clears throat* Well Mrs. Carter, you have a fracture in your left knee, but it's nothing that a bit of therapy and rehab can't fix...

Jay: Is that all Doc?

Bey: *side eyes Jay*

Doctor: Yes, that's all...she can actually go home tomorrow...If you guys want to pick her up-

Bey: Nobody is picking me up, I can get home by myself...How's Jared?

Doctor: Mrs. Carter, I'm sorry to inform you this way, but Jared took a pretty hard blow...He's currently unconscious, but we are working really hard to get him back on his feet....

Bey: *sheds a tear* Is he gonna be okay?

Doctor: We can't quite tell at this point, but we will keep you updated. Until then, stay rested up Mrs. Carter..okay?

Bey: Okay..*wipes tear*

Doctor: You take care of yourself Mrs. Carter...*leaves*

Nurse: Mrs. Carter, I'm gonna run and get you another ice patch...*follows the doctor*

Jay: Beyonce, I'm sorry about your-

Bey: Jay-

Jay: look, I know you don't want me here, so I'm gonna go...*gets up* I'll call your mom and all of them and let them know you're okay.....*leaves*

Bey stayed in that cold, white walled hospital room all night and woke up the next morning....

Nurse: *drawls back curtains* Morning Mrs. Carter *smiles*

Bey: uggh please stop calling me that....*rolls eyes and sits up* How's Jared?

Nurse: I'm Sorry Mrs. Carter, We haven't received any word from the doctor on Mr. Stevens (Jared) since yesterday, but you will be updated even after you get home due to the fact that he has no family....

Bey: Okay.. *faint smile*

The nurse assisted Bey in signing her discharge papers and giving her her crutches...Bey made her way out of the hospital and out of the back entrance...So that she wouldn't be bothered by the cameras...When she got out there, she expected to see Julius waiting for her...she was wrong...

Jay: Hey...

Bey: *sighs* Jay-

Jay: How you feeling?

Bey: *sucks teeth* *rolls eyes*

Jay: *takes Bey's bag with all her supplies from the nurse* Thanks Ma'm I have it from here...

Nurse: Alright, You have a good Day Mrs. Carter, we'll see you back for therapy! *smiles and walks away*

Bey: *with no emotion* I called Julius, so you can go...

Jay: I called him too, told him I'd pick you up...*opens the door to his car* Come on...

Bey: I'm not getting in-

Jay: Bey would you just stop being stubborn and get in the damn car...I know your arms hurt on them crutches...

Bey: *side eyes him* *takes a deep breath and makes her way to the car*

Jay: Be careful now...*helps her into the car*

Bey: *gets in* I Got it...

Jay: *tries to close the door for her*

Bey: I said I Got IT JAY! *rolls eyes*

Jay: Okay, Okay...*goes around the other side of the car and gets in*

Bey: *closes her own door*

The ride home was silent...and when they got in the house, it was even more awkward...Bey hasn't been in this house for two months...

Jay: I think you have some sweats upstairs that you left here, do you want me to go get them?

Bey: I want to go back to my apartment...

Jay: Damn, do you hate me that much?

Bey: I just want to be alone....

Jay: yeah, but what if you fall or something? Who is gonna be there to help you up?

Bey: I can manage Jay...

Jay: mhmm...*goes upstairs to get the sweats*

Bey: *sits down on the couch* *yells* Where are Blue and Shawn?

Jay: *comes back down with the sweatpants* Angie has Blue, She said she would be over here today...and Shawn Jr is with my mother...

Bey: *takes a deep breath* That's just what I need..to see Angie..*rolls eyes*

Jay: *passes her sweats* Here you go...you might wanna get out of that hospital get up...*smirks*

Bey: *sits crutches to the side of her*

Jay: You need help?

Bey: *side eyes him* No..

(Meanwhile w/ Angie and Blue walking in NYC)

Blue: Aunt Angwie are we going to see my mommy?

Angie: We sure are.. *smiles*

Blue: Good *smiles* Because I miss her...

Angie: Okay, We have to stand right here and wait for the bus to come....

Blue: This is cool! We're taking the bus! *smiles* Is Mr. Jared gonna be there too.

Angie: I don't know, we will just have to see..*giggles*

Blue and Angie made their way on the bus. Angie thought it would be a good experience to take Blue on a bus...Blue was extremely happy...though Angie quickly found her seat, Blue found it hard to, because she was amazed at the blue chairs and different people...



 















Blue: Aunt Angwie, we have to Bwing my little borther on here soon! *smiles*

Angie: I'm sure one day, we will! *smiles*

(Meanwhile w/ Bey and Jay)

After Bey changed in her sweats, she ended up putting her phone on the charger and calling the hospital to check on Jared..The hospital still had no update on him....Jay went into the kitchen to call Solo, Kelly, Mama Tina and Angie to let them know that Bey was okay...Angie informed Jay that she was on her way over there, so he waited for her arrival....As he was in the kitchen trying to get some lunch together for Bey, he heard an annoying noise coming from the living room..it was Bey's phone, but she was too drugged up to wake up to answer it...

It was the hospital, so Jay answered...

Jay: Hello..*walks back into the kitchen*

Doctor: Hi, I'm calling to speak with Mrs. Carter..

Jay: Well um, this is Mr. Carter...Can I take a message?

Doctor: Mr. Carter her husband? or brother?

Jay: Husband...

Doctor: Okay Great! Um- Jared, the other passenger...

Jay: yeah..Is he alright?

Doctor: I'm sorry Mr. Carter..

Jay: Sorry about what?
